Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason (e.g., if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter, rude behavior, or if it doesn't fit my style).

Personal Use Only: My commissions are for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, printing for your home). You may not sell the artwork, use it for merchandise, or profit from it in any way.

Commercial Use: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (streaming assets, merch, branding, etc.), please contact me to discuss the commercial fee.

NO AI Training: My artwork is strictly prohibited from being used for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, generation, or machine learning datasets. You may not feed my work into any image synthesis software.

Modifications: You are not allowed to edit, trace, or alter my artwork without my permission.

Copyright: I (the artist) retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to post the commission on my social media and portfolio.

Method: Payments are made via PayPal in CZK currency.

Timing: Payment is required after the sketch is approved. I will not proceed to the lining/coloring phase until the payment is received.

Payment Plans: Split payments/payment plans are available only for orders over €100. The schedule and number of splits will be agreed upon individually.

Workflow: I will send you frequent updates and Work In Progress (WIP) shots to ensure the art is going in the right direction.

Trello: You can track the status of your commission and my current queue on my Trello.

Revisions:

Sketch Phase: Major changes (pose, composition, design elements) are allowed and free of charge.

Coloring Phase: Only minor color tweaks are allowed.

Finished Piece: Once the artwork is finished, edits are either not possible or subject to an additional fee.

Artist Cancellation: If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Client Cancellation:

If you cancel before payment/work has started: No charge.

If you cancel after the sketch and payment: You will be refunded 50% (depending on the amount of work completed).

No refunds are issued for completed artwork.
